Community Services and Social Work Journal (CSSWJ) is committed to providing open access to all its content, ensuring that published research is freely available to the public without subscription barriers.

To maintain high publishing standards and cover the costs associated with the editorial process, peer review, typesetting, and online hosting, the following publication fees apply:

Article Processing Charge (APC)

• Indonesian Authors: IDR 1,500,000 per accepted manuscript

• International Authors: USD 150 per accepted manuscript

What the Fee Covers

The APC includes:

• Editorial and peer review management

• DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration for each article

• Professional layout and formatting

• Long-term archiving and indexing services

• Open access hosting on our journal website

Waivers and Discounts

CSSWJ offers waivers or discounts for:

• Authors from low-income countries (as classified by the World Bank)

• Students and early-career researchers with limited funding

• Authors invited for special issues or commissioned works

Waiver requests must be submitted before manuscript acceptance and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Method

Payment details will be provided upon manuscript acceptance. Authors are responsible for any bank transfer or transaction fees.
