1. Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing others to share, adapt, and build upon the work with proper attribution to the original author(s).
2. Focus and Scope
The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies in the relevant fields of study according to its stated aims and scope. Submissions must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.
3. Peer Review Policy
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process, with at least two reviewers evaluating the manuscript’s originality, clarity, methodology, and contribution to the field. The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewers’ recommendations.
4. Publication Ethics
The journal adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for maintaining integrity in research and publication. Authors must ensure their work is free from plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical practices. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and disclose any conflicts of interest.
5. Plagiarism Policy
The journal uses plagiarism detection software to screen all submissions. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be returned to authors for revision or rejected.
6. Archiving Policy
This journal uses the LOCKSS and PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, ensuring permanent preservation of published content.
